QUALITY OF THE INSTANT REPLIES?
Quality is paramount. Our AI assistant has been trained to avoid hallucinations.
But no AI is perfect — that’s why we have put in place strict guardrails:
- The AI assistant will only provide information corresponding to your brand and products.
- The AI assistant may give information on a similar model if no information is available for the model selected — and will clearly identify it as such.
- Our user terms and conditions state that individual visitors should verify the information provided by AI before acting upon it
- The service is a limited beta test and is indicated as such — every response can be rated by users, helping us to monitor and improve quality
- As a limited beta test, the AI is not conversational. When we are satisfied with the quality of the replies, we will roll out fully conversational AI
how can I track the AI requests?
Because the AI buttons generate instant replies, we won’t send you an email each time one comes in. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t requests!
The visitor gave their contact details in return for information on prices and availability — so we strongly encourage you to monitor them and follow up by email when necessary.
AI requests arrive “pre-replied”. You don’t have to reply to them, but view them before deciding!
AI requests count as exclusive requests because the visitor selected your product ONLY!
However, you can STILL FILTER AI requests TO EXPORT AND ANALYSE THEM EASILY
